We know that many of you are concerned about what you have read or seen on social media and in the news about the 2019 Novel Coronavirus known as COVID-19 in the United States.

Our district continues to monitor the situation and work closely with the Centers for Disease Control, the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control, the State Superintendent of Education and the Governor’s Office. For Our Employees

Insurance Benefits

The PEBA portal for online access to your insurance benefits information.

This is where you can find anything about your current coverage including what coverage you have and who is covered.

Employees can initiate changes to coverage through MyBenefits like if they need to add a baby. They can also do this by reaching out to their Benefits Administrator.

MyHealth Toolkit
The BlueCross BlueShield online portal.

It can be accessed online or through their app.

This is where someone can view their claim status/history and look up a provider.

You can view your health or dental cards through the app if you have misplaced them.

Employees who are already enrolled in Teladoc are now allowed to add dependents online. If the employee signed up, but didn’t add a spouse or child when they enrolled, but wants them to have the coverage they can do this online through the Teladoc website. It does not cost any more to add dependents. It is a flat $1 per pay period no matter who is covered.

The enrollment form is for any employee who isn’t already enrolled in that coverage, but wants it. For those, it will take a few days to get that coverage activated. You can add any dependents to coverage even if they don’t cover them on our insurance. You also do not have to be enrolled in our insurance to enroll in Teladoc. It can be added or dropped at any time.

Member Access is the PEBA Retirement online portal.
Employees can log in and view service credit, run benefit estimates, view beneficiary information, etc.

Questions about what different deductions are? Here are the directions on how to read your pay stub.

Your Benefits Administrators are still available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. Below is their contact information:
