Dear Parents and Guardians:

This is a gentle reminder that we need to continue our student COVID-19 monitoring and contact-tracing during Spring Break (April 5–9).

If your student tests positive for COVID-19 or is a close contact or household contact of someone who tested positive for COVID-19 over the break, complete the forms found here in English or Spanish.
